In addition to our in-line plastic coating, we have a fully-automated electrostatic powder coating line. 

Tubes off the mill are cleaned using a high pressure 

chemical solution at over 130° F. Once clean, they are 

automatically loaded into the powder coat system or 

finishing. Our system features dedicated color modules 

and quick-change booths ofering our customer a 

variety of stock colors.
